If you have a need or can provide help meeting someone's need or just want more information about our care team, please fill out the form below.

Please be aware of privacy considerations as you complete this form. Submissions from this form will be monitored by First United Methodist Church staff only, but content from individual submissions may be shared with appropriate volunteers in order to meet the need requested. We also may not be able to meet every need requested, but we will do our absolute best!
