myfirst

myFirst is our platform to help foster better connections within our faith family. We are currently migrating our myFirst functions to online services that we hope will better serve our faith family and community. If you previously accessed myFirst services via CCB/Pushpay, the use of this platform has been phased out.

 All online giving is being handled solely via the Subsplash platform that has been supporting our online giving for several years.  You can give online via our First UMC app or from our Give Online web page.
Our online member directory is available via a dedicated app and via a web page. The online member directory is available only to members and attenders of First UMC. (The web version of the member directory can be accessed from the First UMC app by selecting the Connect tab at the bottom of the screen and then scrolling down to Online Member Directory.) The Online Member Directory app and web site have recently been updated and there are new instructions for accessing the directory for the first time. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the Online Member Directory app - you can install the latest versions using the buttons below.

Instructions for First Time Access to the Online Member Directory

  1. Use your web browser and go to https://app.onlinememberdirectory.com 
    • If you are using the app at this step, you will be redirected to the web page login screen
  2. Click the blue Login button
    • The Login button is the top button on the screen
  3. Type in your email address, and click the blue Sign in button
    • We are not using your phone number to log in to the Online Member Directory
  4. On the User Details page, click Forgot your password? link 
  5. Type in your email address and click on the blue Send verification code button
    • An email will be sent to you containing a code that you will need in the next step
    • The email sender name will be "Microsoft on behalf of Online Member Directory"
  6. Type the verification code from the email message and click on the blue Verify code button
    • If you don't receive the email with the code, follow these steps:
      • Check the email address you typed in and correct any errors
      • Click on the blue Send new code button
  7. Click on the blue Continue button
    • If you receive an error that the account could be found, please contact Larry Resch at larry@fumcgnv.org
  8. Enter your new password and click on the blue Continue button
    • If you have the new mobile app installed, you may be prompted to access the Online Member Directory via the app
