First UMC Facility Request

This is only a request for use of space within the First UMC campus. After the form is submitted, we will contact you to discuss your request. Please see our web page on holding events at First UMC and you can our Events Coordinator by email at scheduling@fumcgnv.org with any questions.

The Event Name and Event Date(s) and Times will be published on the First UMC public-facing calendar. The Access Date(s) and Times are used to block out when the event is using our facilities.
