We are collecting food items and making baskets for families in need at our partner school, Metcalfe Elementary. It’s obvious more of our Bobcat families are struggling with today’s food prices as they have requested 50 baskets which is 20 more than last year! After completing those baskets, any additional food or funds will be sent to Trinity UMC to fill baskets for the community. We are collecting food items and monetary donations through Sunday, November 15.
You can drop off your donations at our church office Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., or in the Narthex on Sunday mornings before or after church - all donations are needed by November 15. If you can’t make it during our office hours or on Sunday, please call the church office at 352-372-8523 to arrange a drop-off time. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and generosity!
